* All alcoholic beverages must be served by our MAST Permit licensed bartender, for a maximum 4 serving hours paid at minimum wage plus a minimum gratuity of $100 for the event.

Deposits
The total price of each package includes a non-refundable Deposit to secure your date that will be applied to the balance. For Weddings & Receptions, the deposit is $500, for other events the deposit is $250. The balance is to be paid in full 60 days prior to your event.
A $300.00 fully refundable additional damage deposit will be collected at your rehearsal date or one week in advance of your date and held for 7 days if no damage is found on the property.
