1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Mont Lamm Events' website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

Mont Lamm Events provides venue rental and event planning services for weddings, corporate events, and special celebrations. Our services include venue access, event coordination, and related amenities as specified in individual service agreements.

3. Booking and Payment Terms

All bookings are subject to availability and require a signed contract and deposit. Payment terms are as follows:

• Initial deposit required to secure booking
• Final payment due 30 days before event date
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing
• Additional charges may apply for services beyond the standard package

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Refund eligibility is determined by the timing of cancellation and circumstances beyond either party's control. Force majeure events may result in rescheduling rather than cancellation.

5. SMS/Text Messaging Terms (A2P Compliance)

By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Mont Lamm Events regarding:

• Event planning updates and confirmations
• Venue tour scheduling and reminders
• Important event-related communications
• Marketing messages (with opt-out option)

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month for event-related communications.

Opt-Out: You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying "STOP" to any message or contacting us directly. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Carrier Information: Mont Lamm Events is not responsible for charges incurred from your mobile carrier for SMS messages.

6. Venue Rules and Regulations

All guests and clients must comply with the following venue rules:

• No smoking in indoor areas
• Alcohol service requires licensed bartender (provided by Mont Lamm Events)
• Music must end by 10:00 PM (outdoor events) or 11:00 PM (indoor events)
• All decorations must be approved in advance
• Venue must be left in original condition

7. Liability and Insurance

Clients are responsible for obtaining appropriate event insurance. Mont Lamm Events carries general liability insurance but is not responsible for personal property, vendor issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Mont Lamm Events and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Modifications to Terms

Mont Lamm Events reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Spokane County, Washington.
